The main provisions:
1.The owner of the PRETORIAN e-shop is:
TDP FIRM Romanowicza St. 2 lok. 17 30-702 Cracow POLAND NIP: 676-114-78-20
2.All prices which are offered at the PRETORIAN e-shop are not the trading offer in the civil law meaning.
3.The minimum amount of an order is 39,00 PLN.
Registration
1. The user of the service can be every person, at the age of 18, who firstly accept this regulations and next will make self-registration at the PRETORIAN service
2. The registration and the using of this service is voluntary and free.
Freighters of transaction
1. The party to a contract doing shopping at the PRETORIAN e-shop, to be called the purchaser, is the person of the majority age or the firm.
2The party to a contract doing the disposal of a commodity enclosing in the offer of PRETORIAN e-shop is the owner of this shop – TDP firm
The rectifying and cancellation of the orders
1. The rectifying of the orders. At customer’s request sending by e-mail or by phone, we are able to make changes in the order which is already made up – obviously when the order hasn’t been executed yet.
2. The assets of order’s accomplishment To check the assets of order’s accomplishment, you have to contact by e-mail or the phone. ( +48 12 296 01 52)
3. The resignation of the order. If the order hasn’t been executed yet, you will be able to cancel the order by e-mail or by the phone. In this case, the worker which is responsible for the execution of the order has to check the assets of the order and designate, if it is a possibility to renounce the order.
The forms of payment
1.At the European Union countries only by the payment by cheque before merchandise delivery. The purchaser bears a delivery costs.
2. E-shop uses the payment systems online DotPay, PayPal. This way of payment is entering in the books immediately and the shipment is accomplished in 2 working days.
3. It is possibility to make a payment for shop’s account in EUR:

However, we don’t advise this way of payment, because of the long terms of waiting for international payments by cheque. If you chose this way of payment we ask to give us information immediately by the mail at our address: pretorian@pretorian-hc.com.pl., if you don’t do it your order will be canceled
The invoices and bills of sale
The shop writes out the bill of sale in its standard procedure. If you need the invoice, you have to give us all the necessary dataset in the order process. The prices which are given during the order have the tax included (the Brute price). The tax amount is 22%.
The transport and shipment of trade
1. The shipment of articles ordering at PRETORIAN e-shop are accomplished at the all European Union area.
2. The customer ordering an article in Poland is able to chose the way of payment: the shipment with prepayment (all foreign shipments, and shipments in Poland for choosing) or shipment with the payment (only at Poland area)
3. In case of inconformity with delivered shipment by made up order the customer should refuse the receipt of not ordered articles and inform the salesman immediately. The receipt of shipment by the customer ,and acknowledging the receipt of shipment by the customer`s signature, will be treated as an agreement for an order.
4.The purchaser should check the shipment during the acceptance of delivery. In case of any shipment`s damages the purchaser has to contact to TDP firm immediately.
The complaints and returns
1. The requirement of complaint or exchange of commodities is sending the commodity back with the bill of sale 2. The customer has rights to renounce a buying-selling contract in time-limit 14 days from the date of purchase. The declaration must be written under the penalty of invalidity. 3. In case of finding defects by the purchaser, and the defect is under warranty ,the purchaser has rights to execute the new order, to invalidate the order or the price discount . 4. In case of return the shipment causing the defect of aricle, TDP firm bears a delivery costs. The customer is obliged to chose this way of transport, which doesn’t include unnecessary delivery costs. The delivery costs will be given back after the delivery acceptance.
5. The shop exchanges only not used and not wearing commodities. In case of miscarriage the parcel, and the TDP firm is not responsible for this situation, the shop reserves for itself 14 working days to assume an attitude towards this situation (making the complaint at the post office, the complaining response).
The protection of personal information
1. During self-registration the customer gives his personal information, which are necessary for an order accomplishment. All personal information are confidential. 2. All personal information are gathered for a purpose of raising the standard of efficiency , improving service quality and for statistical purposes. The findings are assigned only for TDP firm. Every person has rights to insight into the findings and change them, under the personal information protection law. The information gathering is totally voluntary. Any information are not going to be given to somebody else. TDP firm is obligated to use customers personal information in obedience to the personal information protection law at 29.08.1997 r.,after the personal agreement. 4.TDP firm is not going to use your personal information for the advertising purposes.
The final provisions
1. Making an order, is explicit to the regulations acceptance.
2 . In cases which are not regulated by our rules and regulations , the civil law and the customer rights protection act is obligated.
